How do I receive my spreadsheet?

Once we’ve confirmed your payment, we’ll email you your file and a link to make your own copy. We check payments regularly through the day, so it usually doesn’t take long.

Do I need Microsoft Excel?

No — Excel isn’t required. Every spreadsheet comes in two formats: a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file and a Google Sheets version. Google Sheets is free with any Gmail account, so you can use it even without Excel.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes — open it in the Google Sheets app on Android or iPhone. It’s easiest to set up on a laptop first, then use it anywhere.

What payment methods do you accept?

Right now we accept GCash, Maya, and Maribank bank transfer. You’ll see the payment details at checkout.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once and it’s yours forever, including free updates.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital products delivered straight to you, all sales are final. But if anything’s wrong with your file, message us and we’ll fix it or replace it right away.
