BudgetSheets PH (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through budgetsheetsph.com, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name and email address when you place an order or contact us, and any details you include in a message.
• Payment information: payments are made via GCash, Maya, or Maribank bank transfer. We do not see or store your card numbers or e-wallet credentials — we only receive confirmation that your payment was sent, so we can verify and release your order.
• Information collected automatically: like most websites, we collect basic technical data through cookies and similar tools — your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and how you found us. We use analytics such as Google Analytics to understand site usage, and may use advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook Pixel) to measure and improve advertising.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver your purchase and send your receipt and order-related emails.
• Provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• Improve our products, website and customer experience.
• Show relevant ads and measure how well they work.
• Keep our site secure and prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, to perform the contract when you buy from us (delivering your product), and for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business — always consistent with the Data Privacy Act.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as our web host, our email provider, and analytics/advertising platforms (Google, Meta) — and only as needed to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the site work, remember your cart, and measure traffic. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.

6. Data retention

We keep your order information for as long as needed to provide support, keep records, and meet legal and tax requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to use providers who do the same.

9. Children’s privacy

Our products and site are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
