Welcome to BudgetSheets PH. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website budgetsheetsph.com and your purchase of our digital products. By browsing this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

BudgetSheets PH (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells ready-made spreadsheet templates for personal finance and small business, delivered as digital downloads. You can reach us any time at support@budgetsheetsph.com.

2. Our products

All products sold on this site are digital goods — spreadsheet template files and/or links to make your own copy in Google Sheets. They contain no personal financial advice; they are tools you fill in with your own numbers. Product descriptions, screenshots and demos are provided to help you decide, and we do our best to keep them accurate.

3. Your licence to use our products

When you buy a product, we grant you a single-user, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may make copies for your own use and edit them freely.

4. What you may not do

All templates, designs, text and branding remain the intellectual property of BudgetSheets PH (see Section 8).

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via GCash, Maya, or Maribank bank transfer, with the details shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once we have received and verified your payment. We may change prices or run promotions at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally — by email and/or an on-screen download link and access link — once your payment has been confirmed. It is your responsibility to enter a correct, working email address at checkout. If you do not receive your product, please check your spam folder and then contact us and we will resend it.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds for change of mind once a working product has been delivered. However, if your file will not open, a link does not work, you received the wrong item, or the product is materially not as described, please contact us within 7 days and we will repair, replace, or refund it at no cost — consistent with the Philippine Consumer Act (R.A. 7394). 8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the spreadsheet templates, page text, graphics, logos and the BudgetSheets PH name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase gives you a licence to use the product, not ownership of it.

9. No professional advice

Our spreadsheets and content are for general informational and organisational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.

10. Limitation of liability

We provide our products “as is” and make no guarantee that they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BudgetSheets PH is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Philippine Consumer Act (R.A. 7394) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of the Philippines.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
