Refund Policy

BudgetSheets PH (“we”, “us”, “our”) wants you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds and replacements are available and how to request one. It is written to respect the consumer-protection laws of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792).

What we sell

Our products are digital spreadsheets delivered electronically — as a downloadable Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file and/or a Google Sheets “make a copy” link. Once delivered, the product is yours to keep and use immediately.

If something is wrong with your product

Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines, you are entitled to a remedy when a product is defective or not as described. You are covered if any of the following happen:

• The file is corrupted or won’t open.
• The download or “make a copy” link does not work.
• You received the wrong item.
• The spreadsheet is materially different from what was described on its product page.

In these cases we will, as appropriate, repair the file, send a working replacement, or issue a refund if we are unable to make it right — at no cost to you.

How to request help

Email us at support@budgetsheetsph.com within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

Change of mind

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be “returned” the way a physical item can. For this reason we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchase once a working file or access link has been delivered as described. This does not affect any of your rights above when a product is defective or not as described.

Before you buy

To make sure a spreadsheet is right for you, please read its product page and requirements — you’ll need either a free Gmail account (for Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel. If you have any questions, message us before purchasing and we’ll gladly help.

Payments and disputes

Payments are accepted via GCash, Maya, and Maribank bank transfer. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve concerns faster and more fairly than a formal dispute.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Philippine law. If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may seek assistance from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
